Job summary

Arabian Cement Company is seeking a detail-oriented accounts receivable specialist to support deposits, inquiries, and customer accounts. You will handle follow-ups via fax, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring timely posting and accurate records.

Using SAP, you will post sales orders, issue receipts, generate final monthly invoices, and prepare daily and monthly reports. You will resolve customer problems and ensure proper closing of accounts while maintaining strong communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on customer deposits via fax, email and WhatsApp until posted to customer accounts.
• Respond to daily customer calls and inquiries regarding bank deposits, credit reviews, bookings, and dispatched quantities.
• Work in SAP to book sales orders, issue receipts, reposts and generate final monthly invoices.
• Prepare daily reports, daily bookings, daily dispatches, governmental reports, monthly closing and other monthly/annual reports.
• Resolve customers' problems and respond to inquiries related to their accounts.
• Close customer accounts according to customer requests.
