Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team in Metairie, LA. We seek a driven, energetic individual for a role that emphasizes relationship building, client needs assessment, and territory development.

No prior sales requirement is necessary, as we provide extensive training and mentoring in your territory. You will introduce business owners and employees to top-tier health benefit plans, conduct consultations, and deliver group presentations.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow client portfolio.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to develop local relationships and follow up on referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
