The role emphasizes making sales calls, supporting clients, and occasional travel for weeks with colleagues from other regions. You will build a personal portfolio and work toward monthly and quarterly targets with ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess clients' insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and follow up on referrals.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
