Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Sales Account Executive in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with school districts and medical professionals to place professionals in Special Education roles.

The position offers hands-on training in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Contract Negotiation, plus a hybrid schedule with flexible hours. Base salary starts at 50k with uncapped commission and excellent benefits.

Description:

• Build a pipeline of business by establishing long-term relationships with school districts nationwide to help fill open positions.
• Partner with medical professionals in the Special Education field to help them find an opportunity tailored to their needs.
• Negotiates contract rates and other particulars of the contract with the client.
• Use various methods to source for new business/partnerships: our CRM system, job postings, referrals, social media, etc.
