Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of business by establishing long-term relationships with school districts nationwide to fill open positions.
• Partner with medical professionals in the Special Education field to match opportunities to their needs.
• Negotiate contract rates and terms with clients.
• Source new business through CRM, job postings, referrals, social media, and other channels.
