We're hiring sales pros for a fast-growing AI software company.

Sell AI specialists to American small businesses.

You take calls with American small-business owners who clicked one of our ads and booked time on your calendar. They already want help — your job is to understand their business, work out whether we genuinely fit, and close the ones we can win for. On slow days you build your own pipeline: follow-ups, revived no-shows, outbound.

What you're selling: an AI specialist who joins their team and does the work — marketing, engineering, operations, content — on SuperCool, the AI platform we own, with 300K+ paying customers behind it. Clients start on a monthly agreement, and your upside grows as you renew and upsell them into yearly contracts.

The close happens on the call when it's right: a one-page agreement, signed and paid while you're still on the line. You keep your CRM clean, because the specialist who delivers the work starts from your notes — and because your commission is tied to clients who stay.

The bar: one sale per business day at full ramp, and clients who stay six months or more on average — about one in five stays for years, and you keep earning on every one of them. That only works if you sell honestly to businesses that actually fit. It's the whole model.

How our application process works

The application takes about 20 minutes: your details, your background, a judgment quiz, and a short intro video. Make the cut, and the whole process is one week:

• 1 Monday. Group interview, live on Zoom.
• 2 Tuesday. Individual interview, with a live roleplay.
• 3 Wednesday. Onboarding — hired candidates start here.
• 4 Thursday. Training: the product, the pitch, the tools.
• 5 Friday. Your first calls.

Then you set appointments for a week, and set and close the next — a paid two-week engagement. Do well and it becomes a 90-day engagement. Do well at that and it's a full-time W-2 role with full benefits. Every step is earned, and you always know where you stand.
