Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Team Leader in Irwindale, CA to mentor hourly associates and drive continuous improvement across the Salads operation. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time production by coordinating with the Quality & Food Safety team and the Department Manager.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong communication, and a proactive, collaborative mindset in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and in cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Mentor associates and drive continuous process improvement.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and GMP compliance across operations.
• Manage production schedules and crew deployment to meet plan.
• Drive yields and reduce downtime through root-cause action.
• Coach frontline workforce to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Track KPIs and report daily production metrics.
