Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Team Leader in Irwindale to mentor associates, drive Continuous Process Improvement, and ensure that quality, sanitation and safety guidelines are followed. You will manage production and employee schedules, coordinate crewing, and work with the Quality & Food Safety team to maintain the highest standards while meeting throughput targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or related field.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing or similar setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (PM shift).
• Experience with safety, quality, and GMP practices is desirable (FDA familiarity).

Responsibilities
