Job summary

Bonduelle Americas seeks a Team Leader to mentor associates, drive continuous improvement, and ensure GMP safety and quality guidelines are met. You will manage production schedules, coach frontline staff, and optimize yields while supporting Lean initiatives on the PM shift in Irwindale.

The role requires a related degree and 2+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced plant setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to work in a cold environment (34°F/39°F).
• Demonstrated teamwork in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of production procedures, safety and food quality (FDA) is advantageous.
• Exposure to TPM, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Mentor associates and contribute to Continuous Process Improvement.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and GMP compliance.
• Plan and manage production schedules and crewing.
• Drive uptime improvement and optimize yield.
• Coach frontline staff and coordinate cross-training.
• Track KPIs, costs and report daily metrics.
