Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Team Leader to mentor associates and drive Continuous Process Improvement in a Salads operation. You will ensure safety, quality, and adherence to GMP, while supporting environmental and social initiatives and the B Corp certification ambitions.

You will manage production scheduling, crew alignment, and cross-training to maximize yields and throughput, reporting KPI trends and maintaining regulatory compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and in a cold environment (34°F).
• Experience with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mentor associates and contribute to Continuous Process Improvement.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and food safety guidelines are met.
• Maintain production schedules and crewing/de-crewing per standards.
• Drive uptime improvements and address root causes of downtime.
• Monitor yields, rework, and KPI metrics; report daily requirements.
