Bonduelle Americas seeks a Team Leader in Irwindale to mentor associates, drive continuous process improvements and ensure quality, safety and sanitation guidelines are met. You will support environmental and social initiatives aligned with our B Corp goals.

Lead production scheduling, staffing and cross-training, while monitoring yields, downtime and KPIs to achieve financial targets and maintain a safe, collaborative plant culture.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to work in a cold environment (34°F).
• Experience in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Familiarity with FDA compliance and food safety/quality requirements.
• Exposure to TPM, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and independent.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety of all employees through training and enforcement of safety rules and GMP protocols.
• Produce and package a high-quality product following GMP and food safety standards.
• Ensure production lines operate efficiently and meet targeted throughput.
• Drive continuous improvement to minimize downtime and maximize yield.
• Manage production and employee schedules per crewing standards.
• Monitor rework levels and product yields and implement corrective actions.
• Coach frontline associates to improve productivity and yields.
• Cross-train employees to expand job knowledge and flexibility.
• Track KPIs and report daily requirements and metrics.
• Control plant overhead costs (utilities, sanitation, etc.).
