Job summary

Bonduelle Americas in Irwindale, CA is seeking a Team Leader to mentor associates, drive continuous improvement, and ensure quality, sanitation and safety guidelines are met in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

You will manage production and employee schedules, track KPIs, and support plant-wide Lean initiatives while upholding GMP and food safety standards, focusing on people development and safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including PM shifts.
• Experience in a cold manufacturing environment (34°F).
• Familiar with TPM, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Basic math and analytical skills, with problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Mentor associates and drive continuous process improvement.
• Ensure quality, sanitation and safety guidelines are met (GMP).
• Produce and package high-quality products following standards.
• Manage production schedules and crewing/de-crewing processes.
• Track KPI/costs, yield, and uptime, reporting daily metrics.
• Lead cross-training and develop frontline workforce.
• Support TPM/Lean initiatives and root-cause actions.
