Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Team Leader in Irwindale, CA. You will mentor associates, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety, quality and GMP standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include production scheduling, crew management, yield optimization and cross-training to add scheduling flexibility. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to work in a cold environment (34°F).
• Experience with TPM, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Self-motivated and independent with strong leadership.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Mentor associates and drive continuous process improvement.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and GMP adherence across operations.
• Manage production and employee schedules with proper crew/ de-crew.
• Monitor yields, downtime and rework; implement corrective actions.
• Lead frontline teams to improve line productivity and efficiency.
• Track KPIs and report daily requirements and metrics.
