Job summary

Lewis & Clark's Restaurant in St. Charles, MO is hiring a part-time line cook to join a busy team on evenings and weekends.

Read tickets, prepare food to order with speed and accuracy, maintain a clean, stocked station, and work with teammates to keep service smooth. Candidates should have line cook experience, solid knife technique, ability to read tickets, lift 30+ lbs, and ideally Hold ServeSafe or Food Handler certification or be willing to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Line cook experience is preferred.
• Solid knife technique and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to read tickets and prepare food to order with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and stay on your feet for 8+ hours.
• ServeSafe or Food Handler certification preferred, or willing to obtain.
