801 Fish St. Louis is hiring for a Line Cook in a part-time, non-exempt (hourly) position. Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced environment with a focus on guest satisfaction and top-quality food and drink.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years, preferably 3 years of line cook experience.
• Sauté experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress kitchen while staying calm and professional.
• Ability to follow recipes and presentation guidelines while maintaining food safety standards.
