You will read tickets accurately, stay organized, and multitask to keep pace with orders while ensuring food quality and consistency. The role requires a food handler’s certification, at least 2 years in a high-volume kitchen, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Current food handler’s certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts in proper attire and hygiene.
• Learn and prepare recipes to standard specifications.
• Multitask under pressure to produce items efficiently.
• Develop knife skills and knowledge of flavors.
• Prepare, cook, and present food to company standards.
