Responsibilities

Fulfillment Support: Process orders in the OMS, confirm dates, enter notes, procure parts/tools, and handle permitting/licensing actions.
Routing: Design routes that meet customer experience and financial targets; assign resources and communicate routes; review capacity and market setup; verify product availability; monitor routes in real time.
Customer Support: Manage inbound/outbound contact by email, phone, and chat; confirm site readiness, handle reschedules, resolve escalations and damage claims, provide route progress updates.
Operations and Analytics: Prepare business updates on market-level performance; generate insights to drive growth, reduce costs, and improve performance; perform root-cause analysis of customer experiences; validate vendor and customer invoicing; audit order details and job completion for accuracy and revenue.
