Job summary

Allegro Home Delivery in the United States seeks an Operations Specialist – Logistics to support day-to-day routing and order lifecycle execution while analyzing performance data and driving continuous improvement. You will work out of our corporate office in Minnesota, collaborating with internal teams and partners to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex fulfillment challenges

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making with limited supervision.
• Experience in route planning, dispatch, or transportation logistics (final mile preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; OMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design efficient delivery means using data to meet customer expectations and optimize cost.
• Assign, track, and verify fulfillment partners for deliveries and pickups.
• Monitor routing completion and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customer service to address delivery issues and escalations.
• Produce reports and data extracts for internal teams and customers.
• Track KPIs and conduct root-cause analyses to improve routing and performance.
