You will manage client relationships, oversee engagement delivery, and collaborate with the Consulting Manager to grow service revenue while staying current with ERP systems like Sage X3 and Sage 500.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, quality assurance, or equivalent.
• More than five years of experience delivering complex technical solutions.
• Strong project management and scheduling skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Office 365.
• Experience in ERP/CRM implementations and pre‑sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of consultants to meet utilization and performance targets.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee service revenue, project profitability and deal structuring.
• Direct project delivery, status reporting and timely invoicing.
• Collaborate with account teams on opportunities and pricing strategy.
