Job summary

Net at Work is seeking a Sage Enterprise Team Manager to lead a team of service professionals delivering high-quality ERP and CRM services to a diverse client base. You will oversee delivery, manage engagements, and ensure profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction while aligning with growth opportunities and client needs.

The role emphasizes leadership, client retention, and expanding service revenue within our enterprise practice, with ongoing focus on ERP systems and client success.

Qualifications

• A consulting background with a record of delivering complex technical solutions within defined timeframes and budgets.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Strong business expertise, keen understanding of business needs, and ability to ensure technical solutions deliver value.
• Experience in team management, scheduling and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of consultants ensuring utilization targets and work-life balance.
• Drive client relationships, satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee project delivery, scoping, pricing, and profitability.
• Support pre-sales efforts and expand service revenue opportunities.
• Provide regular performance feedback and career development.
• Coordinate with Account Managers on active clients.
