Job summary

Net at Work in the United States and Kentucky region seeks a Sage X3 Solutions Engineer to design, develop and launch advanced ERP functionality for our clients. You will work with the X3 consulting team to plan, design, and deliver value-driven solutions that meet customer needs.

This role involves collaboration with management, sales, and project teams to ensure successful implementations, plus the opportunity to contribute to new offerings and best practices for the practice.

Qualifications

• Experience with Sage X3 as a consultant or engineer delivering ERP solutions.
• Ability to lead SDLC from concept to production as a functional/technical consultant.
• Proven track record in high-level estimates and solution deliverables.
• Strong client-facing and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel across North America.
• Experience building scalable ERP implementations and demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Recommend tailored technology solutions for customers and prospects.
• Conduct discovery to understand goals and align solutions accordingly.
• Create engaging product demonstrations addressing customer pain points.
• Deliver compelling demos to diverse audiences and tailor to needs.
• Develop and enforce best practices for product implementations.
• Develop data models and solution designs to meet objectives.
• Lead design reviews and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate resources and timelines with project managers.
• Meet financial targets and contribute to budget objectives.
