Job summary

Net at Work is seeking a Sage X3 Project Manager to lead the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of ERP implementations for clients. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, driving client excellence, high satisfaction, and long-term value.

You will clarify business requirements, propose scalable solutions, and contribute to project scoping while supporting sales through opportunities for ongoing service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience leading ERP implementation projects for Sage X3 or similar ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor, Syspro, ProccessPRO, MS Dynamics).
• Proven success managing end-to-end ERP projects within Process Manufacturing or Distribution Manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in scope, supported by a strong project management foundation.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle and ensure client excellence.
• Lead planning, initiation, execution, and closure of Sage X3 implementations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Review time entries, manage project financials, and track revenue recognition.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, status updates, and documentation for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and client relationship growth.
