Job summary

Net at Work is seeking a Sage X3 Project Manager to lead successful Sage Intacct implementations, ensuring client excellence and long-term value. You will manage scoping, kickoff, and day-to-day coordination with clients and internal teams to align requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving, with a remote-friendly setup that may require up to 20% travel within the US. PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience leading ERP implementation projects for Sage X3 or similar ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor, Syspro, ProccessPRO, MS Dynamics)
• Proven success managing end-to-end ERP projects within Process Manufacturing or Distribution Manufacturing.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope; PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
• Lead project planning and initiation including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate tasks across cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Oversee project financials, including revenue recognition and budget tracking.
• Lead issue resolution and risk mitigation to keep projects on track.
