Job summary

Net at Work is seeking a Sage X3 Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and launch advanced ERP functionality for client systems. You will collaborate with the consulting team to plan and deliver tailored technology solutions that align with customer goals.

You will lead discovery, create demos, and communicate complex designs to both technical and non-technical audiences. Travel across North America is required as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Sage X3 consulting or ERP solution experience.
• Proven experience delivering scalable ERP solutions.
• Experience leading SDLC from concept to production.
• Ability to travel throughout North America.

Responsibilities

• Recommend tailored technology solutions for customers and prospects.
• Use discovery methodologies to understand goals and align solutions.
• Create engaging product demonstration scripts addressing pain points.
• Deliver product demonstrations showing how Sage X3 solves business needs.
• Lead demos for varying audience sizes from hours to full days.
• Develop best practices for implementations to improve efficiency.
• Develop process and data models meeting solution objectives.
• Lead design reviews aligned with customer direction.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and resolve issues.
• Ensure resources are allocated effectively and meet budgets.
