Job summary

Sage Enterprise is seeking a Team Manager to lead a group of service professionals, driving high-quality delivery and client satisfaction across multiple engagements. You will manage business, technical and people aspects, oversee deals and pre-sales for existing clients, and stay current with ERP trends and Sage X3/500 systems.

You will drive service revenue, mentor staff, and coordinate with Account Managers to expand client engagements while maintaining profitability and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT/QA or equivalent.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience delivering complex technical solutions within time/budget constraints.
• Strong project management and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of consultants to meet utilization and performance targets.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee revenue and budget for projects and ensure profitable engagements.
• Direct day-to-day project execution to deliver on time and within budget.
• Provide guidance and timesheet/invoice oversight.
