Job summary

Control Panels USA is seeking a Safety & Training Manager to lead companywide safety, employee training, fleet, and facility maintenance programs. This role develops and maintains safety policies, manages training initiatives, supports regulatory compliance, oversees inspections, and advances continuous improvement.

• Experience leading safety and training programs in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety requirements.
• Ability to create and maintain training materials and SOPs.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage safety and training programs aligned with operations goals.
• Assess training needs with management; set priorities and schedule.
• Train employees on OSHA standards and best practices.
• Create training materials, agendas, and SOPs.
• Schedule and document training attendance and outcomes.
• Maintain training matrix and compliance gaps.
• Manage Paycom training modules for onboarding and compliance.
• Conduct site safety assessments and coordinate corrective actions.
• Visit external sites to verify safety controls and customer requirements.
• Oversee safety inspections and report findings to leadership.
• Communicate safety expectations and updates to teams.
• Coordinate fleet and facility maintenance as needed.
• Prepare management reports on training and safety metrics.
