Job summary

CP USA is seeking a Safety & Training Manager to lead safety, training, fleet, and facility maintenance programs. You will develop policies, coordinate training for all staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive a strong safety culture across operations.

The role requires at least 5 years in safety or related fields, OSHA knowledge, experience delivering adult training, and strong documentation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and training/tracking systems is expected; OSHA

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in safety, training, operations, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and incident prevention.
• Experience delivering training for adult learners in classroom and field settings.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CP USA's safety and training programs to meet goals and compliance.
• Identify training needs, set priorities, and schedule topics with completion records.
• Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, agendas, and logs.
• Coordinate jobsite safety assessments, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Oversee fleet and facility maintenance coordination and reporting.
