Job summary

The Evans Network of Companies is seeking a Safety Customer Relations Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for drivers and agents contacting the Safety Department by phone or email. You will answer routine questions, provide requested information and documents, gather necessary details, and direct more complex inquiries to the appropriate Safety representative.

In this role, you will handle routine inquiries, route requests to the right resources, and assist with PIN code requests while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong typing skills.
• Ability to remain patient and calm under pressure.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Top-notch customer service skills.
• Collaborative team player and relationship builder.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Skill to quickly pivot from one task to another and reprioritize throughout the day.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming Safety department phone calls and emails.
• Answer routine questions from drivers and agents.
• Gather relevant information to determine the appropriate resource or department contact.
• Efficiently route inquiries to the appropriate Safety representative when additional assistance is needed.
• Provide requested documents and shipping labels.
• Assist with EFS PIN code requests.
• Provide front-line support that allows other Safety team members to remain focused on their assigned responsibilities.
