The position requires a high school diploma and 1+ year of customer service or admin experience, with proficiency in MS Office. On-site work in Jacksonville, FL, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the corporate contact for Independent Contractors and Agents.
• Assist drivers with operations, pay, permits, or insurance by coordinating with departments.
• Complete VOEs in compliance with requirements.
• Manage IRP enrollments and third-party services in compliance with regulations.
• Review IRP applications and ensure documents are complete.
• Maintain records of plate assignments and monitor expirations.
• Coordinate driver transfers and verify deductions.
• Prepare Driver Bags and Binders for welcome kits.
• Receive and log packages from carriers.
