Job summary

The Evans Network of Companies is seeking a Driver Qualification Support Coordinator to assist with pre-qualification, onboarding, and driver activation. You will coordinate documentation, drug testing, data entry, and communication with Agents, Drivers, and truck owners in a fast-paced Safety environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Occasional travel may be required; on-site schedule is Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to remain patient and calm under pressure.
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Ability to pivot between tasks and reprioritize as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and foster relationships with Agents, Drivers, and truck owners.
• Promptly field phone and email communications from Agents, Drivers, and truck owners.
• Provide proactive updates to agents on Driver qualification statuses.
• Coordinate Driver drug testing; schedule and share details with Drivers.
• Enter data into various systems accurately.
• Gather lease documents from truck owners and enter data into 360.
• Coordinate with Welcome Box team to activate Drivers and trucks.
• Other duties as assigned.
