The Evans Network of Companies is seeking a Safety Customer Relations Coordinator in Schuylkill Haven, PA to be the primary contact for drivers and agents contacting the Safety Department by phone or email. You will answer routine questions, provide relevant information and documents, gather details, and direct more complex inquiries to the appropriate Safety representative.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong typing and communication skills.
• Ability to stay patient under pressure and multitask.
• Team player with time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming Safety department calls and emails.
• Answer routine questions from drivers and agents.
• Gather information to route to the correct resource.
• Route inquiries to Safety representatives when needed.
• Provide requested documents and shipping labels.
• Assist with EFS PIN code requests.
• Support the Safety team by handling front-line inquiries.
