Job summary

The Evans Network of Companies is seeking a Driver Qualification Support Coordinator to assist the front-end Driver qualification and onboarding process. You will coordinate documentation, drug testing, data entry and communications with Agents, Drivers and truck owners.

Based in Schuylkill Haven, PA, this in-person role requires organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced Safety environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to remain patient and calm under pressure.
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Ability to pivot between tasks and reprioritize.

Responsibilities

• Establish and foster relationships with Agents, Drivers, and truck owners
• Promptly field phone and email communications from Agents, Drivers, and truck owners
• Provide proactive updates to agents pertaining to Driver qualification statuses
• Coordinate Driver drug testing; schedule the drug screen and send details to Drivers
• Accurately enter data into various systems
• Gather lease documents from truck owners and enter applicable data into 360
• Coordinate with Welcome Box team to activate Drivers and trucks
• Other duties as assigned
