Job summary

The Evans Network of Companies (ENOC) is seeking a Verifications Coordinator to handle employment verifications for drivers during onboarding, ensuring required commercial driving experience is verified. You will manage verification requests, liaise with previous employers and agents, and maintain driver qualification records.

Responsibilities include organizing verification data in Tenstreet, updating Driver360, and assisting with training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word.
• Strong typing, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Agents.
• Use Tenstreet to organize, filter, and track verification requests.
• Complete verification requests by phone, email, fax, or approved providers.
• Contact companies and agents regarding verification information.
• Respond to emails regarding driver verification status.
• Scan verifications into Driver360 and submit for review.
• Update Clearinghouse information by entering data into Driver360 and Tenstreet.
• Assist with training others as needed.
