M.C. Dean is seeking a Safety Professional 1 to lead safety, health, and risk management across SES projects. You will develop site safety plans, support ORM processes, and collaborate with project teams to ensure compliant, safe operations for federal, local, and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting S&H training and regulatory compliance (1910, 1926, EM-385 1-1).
• Safety Management Systems knowledge and implementation experience.
• Willingness to pursue ASP/CSP/CHST certifications.
• Security clearance eligibility and U.S. citizenship requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Construction Safety, Health, and Risk Management for projects.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and ORM processes.
• Collaborate with PMs to communicate mitigation plans and training.
• Assist with site safety budgets, permits, and contract compliance.
• Lead ORM team to interpret designs, regulations and safety specs.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, insurance audits, and health surveys.
