Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Safety Professional to oversee Construction Project Safety, Health, and Risk Management across multiple sites.

You will develop site-specific safety plans, lead ORM initiatives, and coordinate with general contractors, owners, and project teams to implement mitigation strategies and training. Applicants should bring relevant S&H experience, knowledge of OSHA and EM-385 standards, and familiarity with incident investigations.

Qualifications

• 0+ years’ experience with a Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years’ experience with an Associate's Degree
• 6+ years’ experience with a High School diploma
• Bachelor's preferred
• Experience conducting S&H training; Regulatory compliance expert 1910, 1926, EM-385 1-1
• Safety Management Systems knowledge, skill and experience
• ANSI-Z10, OHSAS 18001, ISO 3100
• OSHA 500/502 trainer designation
• Willingness to pursue ASP, CSP, CHST
• Electrical/construction/federal and commercial S&H experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with GC and/or owner on site conditions and NCN
• Advise project teams on mitigation plans and S&H training
• Assist with Site Specific Accident Prevention Programs and training plans
• Assist with site safety budgets and permits; ensure contract compliance
• Lead the ORM team in safety plan reviews and incident reporting
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, audits, AHA, emergency plans requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office suite including SharePoint
