Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Safety, Quality and Training Manager to oversee district training, quality control, and safety programs. You will lead development initiatives for technicians, ensure adherence to standards, and coach stores to improve performance across repair, replacement, and recalibration processes.

You will partner with regional leadership to drive continuous improvement, monitor quality, and implement new tools and safety guidelines while traveling up to 50% within the district.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, quality control, or a related field.
• Expert knowledge of auto glass repair, replacement, and recalibration procedures.
• Familiarity with quality assurance, safety, and ergonomic best practices.
• Proven ability to lead and coach diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within district/region.

Responsibilities

• Lead Training & Development programs using SafeTech Academy curriculum to onboard technicians and develop skills.
• Establish and monitor quality standards for products, services, and processes; provide coaching to technicians.
• Coach on safety policies, lead Safety Committee, and implement updates to policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with certifications and installation/repair standards; perform audits and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with district and regional managers to align initiatives with business objectives.
• Provide ongoing coaching to address quality issues and drive cost-of-quality reductions.
