Job summary

Safelite Fulfilment is seeking a Safety, Quality and Training Manager to oversee training, quality control, and safety across the district. You will ensure associates are properly trained and meet quality standards while leading initiatives to reduce costs and improve processes.

The role emphasizes developing technicians, certifying new staff, and coaching managers on technical guidance using KPIs and Safelite procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Safelite Way of Fitting (SWoF) and Safelite tools.
• Ability to deliver training programs and onboard technicians.
• Experience coaching managers and field teams on technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training and development across the district.
• Establish and maintain quality control standards for products and services.
• Monitor technician performance and provide feedback and coaching.
• Lead safety policy updates and Safety Committee initiatives.
• Roll out new processes, tools, and calibration procedures.
• Partner with district leadership on warranty and loss issues.
