Job summary

Safelite Group is seeking a Fulfillment Lead to guide daily operational workflow at the site and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. The role involves training on material handling equipment, safety protocols, and process improvements.

You will coach associates, coordinate inbound/outbound activities, ensure safety, and maintain clean, organized work areas. Shift: M-F, 7:00–5:30, with Saturday flexibility.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent people, leadership, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
• Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including order pickers, forklift, and reach trucks.
• Weight limit for order picker operation is 300 pounds.
• Ability to lift 35–50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the workflow of daily operational activities, communicates daily work plan and assignments.
• Proactively identifies risks and hazards and develops action plans to ensure safe working conditions.
• Responsible for comprehensive accident and incident reporting.
• Support classroom MHE training followed by functional training on processes, safety protocol, and MHE operational skills.
• Coaches associates on operational best practices, equipment use, glass-handling methods, and safety procedures.
• May perform inbound or outbound activities when not actively training including operating MHE.
• Adhere to all safety and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a secure and clean work area by performing housekeeping duties.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
