Competenze

• Minimum high school graduate.
• 0–2 years in safety or woodworking operations.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Preferred First Aid/CPR; OSHA/DOT knowledge.

Mansioni

• Inspect operations to ensure safe practices and proper PPE.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses; identify causes.
• Develop safety programs and incentives as appropriate.
• Conduct new hire safety training and ensure understanding of safety policies.
• Provide training on safe operation of machinery and equipment.
• Chair the Safety Committee.
• Maintain OSHA 300 log and other required reports.
• Coordinate safety training and inspections as needed.
• Prepare regular safety reports.
