Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification completed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facility operations to ensure safe practices and proper PPE use.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses, identify trends, implement corrective actions.
• Develop safety programs and incentives with management.
• Conduct new hire safety training and ensure understanding of safety practices.
• Provide training on safe operation of machinery and equipment.
• Chair the Safety Committee.
• Manage inventory of safety-related supplies.
• Maintain OSHA 300 log and required reports.
• Certify forklift training.
• Coordinate annual fire inspections and regulatory tours.
• Monitor hearing conservation program.
• Coordinate medical-restriction work duties.
• Maintain communications with management, HR, and third-party claims administrators.
• Performs other duties as required.
