• ASSP, NSC, OSHA Training Institute, or Accredited College Certification preferred.
• Microsoft Office software and web-based applications proficiency.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team; build trust-based relationships.
• Strong presentation skills to facilitate training sessions.
• Data analysis and problem-solving abilities; time-management for multiple projects.
• Knowledge of FedEx Operations concepts, practices, and procedures preferred.
