Job summary

FedEx is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day package sortation and staff management within a Safety Above All culture. You will coach and develop a team, ensure compliance with policies, and drive performance improvements across operations.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and training abilities, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time with early-morning shifts in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Six months' supervisory or package-handler experience in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily staff meetings to communicate goals and updates.
• Oversee safe and efficient sortation of packages and staffing assignments.
• Coach, train and develop staff; manage performance and discipline as needed.
• Analyze operational metrics and implement improvement actions.
