Job summary

FedEx is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily sortation operations and manage a team of package handlers within our Rosemount facility. This frontline role champions the Safety Above All Culture and ensures compliance with FedEx policies and regulatory requirements.

You will plan and direct staffing, coach employees, run small- and large-group communications, and monitor performance metrics to drive safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Six months of FedEx package handler or similar fast-paced experience.
• In lieu of experience, associate degree or 2+ years of college.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to ensure safe and efficient package sortation.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Lead daily meetings to communicate updates and goals.
• Coach and develop staff in line with FedEx policies and safety programs.
• Investigate and resolve customer service issues as needed.
