• Manage hiring, coaching, training, recognition, performance evaluation, and discipline.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Assign and manage staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Analyze performance and implement improvements to key metrics.
• Lead daily meetings to communicate goals and updates.
• Develop employee relations and safety programs.
• Mentor other Operations Supervisors and adapt to change.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
