Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staff scheduling to ensure safe, efficient sortation.
• Hire, coach, train and evaluate employees; manage performance and discipline as needed.
• Ensure safety policies and FedEx procedures comply with governmental regulations.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive improvements to key KPIs.
• Lead regular meetings to align staff and communicate goals and updates.
