Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s in safety/SH&E preferred.
• Experience in instructor-led training, field ops or safety leadership is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and safety training software is expected.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and FedEx operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe operations to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Administer safety policies, audits and employee training.
• Coach managers on engagement and leadership for safety culture.
• Lead safety portions of meetings and provide safety performance updates.
