Zusammenfassung

GE Aerospace seeks a committed Safety and Compliance leader to drive the Safety Management System at our site. You will coordinate risk assessment, incident response, and change management, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement across teams and sites.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensure regulatory alignment, and mentor a team of professionals to meet safety objectives and business needs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree accredited college (or a high school diploma / GED with 4+ years in manufacturing, quality, compliance, or SMS + 5+ years overall)
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing, quality, compliance, or SMS experience
• Ability to lead programs and collaborate cross-functionally

Aufgaben

• Safety Management System Implementation – lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the site’s SMS.
• Safety Risk Management – facilitate risk identification, analysis, and mitigation.
• Incident Investigation and Reporting – prepare and submit product safety performance reports.
• Compliance and Auditing – monitor site-level compliance with enterprise SMS policies and conduct audits.
• Management of Change – support product Safety Risk Management within change initiatives.
• Training and Awareness – provide SMS and Human Factors training to employees.
• Collaboration and Communication – distribute product safety information and align with enterprise SMS teams.
• Performance Monitoring – track safety metrics and support audits.
• FLIGHT DECK – implement daily management, standard work, and problem-solving tools.
