Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking a talented Safety Lead to join our team in the United States. The role requires 100% travel to onsite job sites, partnering with general contractors to ensure safety policy compliance and health program implementation.

You will develop, maintain, and update safety programs, conduct training, and stay current on OSHA regulations. A bachelor’s in Safety Science and 7+ years of electrical safety experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and State OSHA regulations, NEPA, ANSI.
• Ability to travel 100% required.
• OSHA 30 and OSHA 510 certifications required; OSHA 500 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner onsite with general contractors to ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Provide technical safety and health support to production and corporate personnel.
• Conduct safety training for new employees across locations and conditions.
• Develop and maintain written safety and health programs and policies.
• Stay current on federal and state safety regulations; advise on compliance changes.
