Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Project Safety Representative to support safe electrical construction across projects in the United States. You will act as the on-site safety resource, collaborating with project teams to promote a strong safety culture, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions while traveling to project sites.

You will conduct safety inspections, lead toolbox talks, and assist with JHA/PTP processes, ensuring compliance with OSHA and NFPA 70E standards.

Qualifications

• Experience promoting site safety and coaching workers on safety practices.
• Ability to conduct safety inspections, identify hazards, and document findings.
• Familiarity with JHA and Pre-Task Planning processes.
• Experience with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Electrical background and knowledge of relevant safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily activities to ensure safety policy compliance and OSHA NFPA 70E.
• Lead or assist safety orientations and toolbox talks; communicate expectations.
• Identify unsafe conditions and follow up on corrective actions.
• Assist in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Support project management and subcontractors to maintain a safe site.
