Job summary

The role focuses on electrical distribution systems, lockout/tagout, and incident investigations while driving continuous safety improvements across a rapidly growing field organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction, industrial, or electrical field safety environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and electrical safety practices (NFPA 70E).
• Experience with hazard recognition, jobsite inspections, and safety coaching.
• Ability to travel ~75% to customer sites and work in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on safety oversight and field support for field service engineers, contractors, and project teams.
• Conduct scheduled and unannounced jobsite visits to identify hazards and verify controls.
• Support installation, commissioning, inspection, and service activities involving electrical equipment.
• Verify hazardous energy controls and exercise stop-work authority when unsafe.
